Solo Ledger sells eBooks only. Every product is delivered electronically, and this policy explains how and when you receive your eBook.
How delivery works
After your order is confirmed, you receive an email with a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. The eBook is also made available in your account, where you can download it again whenever you need.
Delivery is normally completed within minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, such as payment verification checks, it may take longer.
Formats and devices
eBooks are provided in the formats listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to check that your device or reading app supports the format before purchasing.
Download links may be limited in number or time for security reasons. If a link expires, contact us and we will provide a new one.
Problems with delivery
If you have not received your email, check your spam or junk folder first. If the message is not there, write to help@sololedgerbooks.com with your order details and we will resend your eBook promptly.
If a file is corrupted or will not open, tell us and we will provide a working copy.
