Orders and acceptance
When you place an order on Solo Ledger, you are making an offer to buy a digital eBook. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and make the eBook available to you.
We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or unavailability of the title. If this happens, any payment taken will be returned to you.
Digital products
All products sold by Solo Ledger are digital eBooks delivered electronically, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Product descriptions, formats and file details are shown on each product page.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the eBook for your own use.
Permitted use
You may not copy, resell, share, publicly distribute, or modify eBooks purchased from Solo Ledger, or remove any copyright notice or protection measures. Breach of this clause may result in the closure of your account and legal action.
Liability
