Nature of digital content
Because eBooks are digital content made available immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. By completing your order and downloading the eBook, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the download or access has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
When we will issue a refund
We will provide a refund, or a replacement if you prefer, in the following cases: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to fix it; the eBook delivered is not the one you ordered; the content is materially different from its description; or you were charged more than once for the same order.
Please report the issue to help@sololedgerbooks.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order details and a short description of the problem.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider, but we aim to complete our part within a few business days of approval.
If a refund is not appropriate, we will explain the reason and, where possible, offer an alternative solution.
